Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use aiwillmake, we collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address when you sign in with Google or with email & password.
• Form inputs & imported chats — the details you enter and any WhatsApp chat exports you upload, which we analyze to build contact profiles.
• Conversation history — messages you choose to save so you can continue conversations later.
• Usage data — how many generations you've used, to enforce free-tier limits.
• Anonymous usage events — we run our own, self-hosted analytics (no Google Analytics, no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels). We record which screens are used (e.g. "someone opened the demo"), never the content of what you type. IP addresses are one-way hashed before storage and cannot be recovered.

Payments are handled by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store your card details — only your plan and subscription status. We do not collect phone numbers or any data beyond what you explicitly provide.

How we use it

Your data is used for one purpose: making the app work for you.

• Form inputs are sent to the AI to generate personalized messages.
• Conversation history is stored so you can restore and continue past conversations.
• Your email is used to identify your account — we do not send marketing emails.
• Usage counts are tracked to manage free-tier access.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to your account — no one else can read your conversations or form inputs.

We follow Supabase's security practices and apply row-level security policies so that database queries are scoped to your user ID only.

AI processing

Message generation is powered by the Anthropic API (Claude). When you click Generate, your form inputs are sent to Anthropic's servers to produce the output.

Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models — your data is processed to serve your request and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes. You can read more in Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, instantly, from Your Profile → “Hesabımı ve tüm verimi sil” inside the app. This permanently removes your contacts, imported chats, conversations, profiles, and usage records from our database — it cannot be undone.

You can also email us at the address below to request deletion and we will process it within 7 days.
